Phil is an Editorial and Commercial photographer with a wide range of prestigious UK and international clients.

He studied Photography at The Arts Institute Bournemouth and at Guildford College in Surrey, during which tiime he was a finalist in the FujiFilm Student Awards. He started his professional career as a staff photographer for several newspapers and magazines before finally becoming freelance in 2005.

It was with great pride that in 2006 Phil had his first portrait accepted into the collection at the National Portrait Gallery, London.

Most of his subjects agree that Phil makes shoots totally relaxed, some of them even admit to actually enjoying themsleves! His favourite post-shoot comment so far came from Woody Harrelson who declared that Phil had 'good karma'.

Outside of photography Phil spends far too much time (and money) playing with motorbikes. He is a huge Johnny Cash fan and is pretty sure he's seen every episode of Columbo that has ever been made. He also has a bizarre, and totally unexplained, fascination with bridges!

Phil lives in Kilburn, North London, with his wife Jess.
